Premium Subscription Terms

These Premium Subscription Terms ("Premium Terms") apply when you purchase or use Pillr Premium. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, these Premium Terms control subscription-related issues.

1) Premium features

When you have an active Pillr Premium subscription, you receive access to the Premium features available in your app version, which currently include:

  • Budget Manager (budgeting tools and finance tracking features)
  • AI Chat Agent (AI-powered assistance inside the app)
  • Smart Task / Habit Suggestions (AI-assisted suggestions and automation ideas)
  • Weekly/Monthly Insights (summaries and insights generated from your usage and logs)
  • Streak Freeze (ability to protect a streak under the rules described in-app)
  • Friend/Family Habit & Routine Groups (group features for habits/routines with others)

Premium features may evolve over time (see Section 8).

2) Pricing

Pillr Premium is offered at:

  • £3.99 per month, and/or
  • £39.99 per year

Prices may vary by region due to taxes and currency conversion, and may change in the future. The price shown in the App Store / Google Play at the time of purchase is the price you pay.

3) Billing and auto-renewal

  • Premium is a subscription that may auto-renew unless cancelled.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period (timing and renewal rules are controlled by Apple/Google).
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period (platform rules apply).
  • We do not process or store your payment card details. Billing is handled by Apple/Google.

4) Managing, cancelling, and restoring your subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your platform account settings:

  • iOS (Apple App Store): Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Android (Google Play): Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can use Restore Purchases (if provided in-app) to restore your Premium access.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

5) Refunds

Refund requests and approvals are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies, except where local consumer laws require otherwise.

6) Trials and promotional offers (if offered)

  • If we offer a free trial or discounted introductory period, the trial/offer details will be shown at the time of purchase.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription and renews automatically.
  • If no trial is shown at purchase time, none applies.

7) AI features disclaimer

Premium includes AI features (AI Chat Agent, smart suggestions, and insights). You understand that:

  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
  • AI does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
  • You are responsible for decisions you make based on AI output.
  • Do not include sensitive personal information you do not want processed (e.g., passwords, bank account numbers) in AI chats.
  • AI features may rely on third-party AI providers. See our Privacy Policy for details on how AI inputs are processed and shared.

8) Changes to Premium features

  • We may modify Premium features to improve functionality, maintain security and compliance, or reflect product updates.
  • We do not promise that every Premium feature will be available forever in the exact same form. If we make material changes that significantly affect your subscription, we will provide notice where appropriate.

9) Access and technical requirements

  • An active subscription in your Apple/Google account.
  • Internet access for certain features (including AI features and sync).
  • A compatible device and app version.
  • We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by your device, OS, network, or the app stores.

10) Termination

You may cancel at any time through Apple/Google subscription management. Your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period, unless Apple/Google applies different rules.

We may suspend or terminate Premium access if:

  • Your account is terminated under our Terms of Service.
  • We detect fraud or abuse.
  • We are required to do so by law.
