Community Guidelines

These guidelines apply to Pillr's social features including friends, searchable profiles, group invites, group membership, and any shared group content.

1) Respect others

Do not harass, bully, threaten, or shame others. Hate speech and targeted abuse are not allowed.

2) No illegal or harmful activity

Do not use Pillr to:

  • Plan or promote illegal activity.
  • Distribute malware, scams, or phishing attempts.
  • Threaten violence or encourage self-harm.
  • Exploit or sexualize minors (zero tolerance).

3) Privacy and consent

Do not share someone else's private information without permission. Do not impersonate others. Do not attempt to obtain someone else's passwords or sensitive personal information.

4) Content standards (profiles and groups)

Usernames, profile images, and group names must not contain hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content. Keep content appropriate for a general audience.

5) Spam and manipulation

No spam, unsolicited promotions, repetitive invites, or attempts to manipulate other users.

6) Safety tools & reporting

If you experience abuse or see content that violates these Guidelines:

  • Use any in-app controls available (for example, removing a friend or declining invites).
  • Contact us at ruzotechdev@gmail.com with your username, the other user's username, and screenshots/context if possible.

7) Enforcement

We may take action for violations, including warnings, removing content (where applicable), restricting social features, or suspending/permanently banning accounts.

8) Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake, contact ruzotechdev@gmail.com with details and we will review.
